Penguin Iron on Decal Description
The penguin transfer is quite a cute/cheeky looking iron on transfer, showing the penguin facing its front. The penguin has its wings (are they wings or flippers?) slightly out away from its body and his head looking slighlty upwards (probably waiting for somebody to throw him a fish!).
